We now offer weekly RESTorative Yoga @ CYC
Pure Restorative Yoga is designed to help the body rest deeply and restore balance. The body is fully supported using props (blankets, bolsters, straps, blocks, eye pillows) to allow students to enjoy the poses for longer periods of time. This calming practice may assist with stress reduction and improve your mood and energy levels. This class is unheated and appropriate for all levels.
Jackie Pollard has recently completed a 30-hour Relax and Renew ® Level 1 Training in San Francisco with Judith Hanson Lasater. She is eager to share her learnings with her students at CYC this Fall! The class will be every Wednesday evening from 7:15-8:15pm !
