FUNdamentals of Flow, Shred & CYC 26
This workshop will teach you to find freedom with yoga. We will focus on breath work, asanas, healthy alignment and the art of transitioning in and out of poses. In addition to asanas, we will introduce working with body weight and dumb bells as well as refine some of those challenging poses in Hot26.
This workshop is designed for all levels and will enhance and expand your practice, whatever stage you’re in.
