Welcome to Coastside Yoga Collective, LLC (“CYC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By attending classes, workshops, retreats, trainings, or by accessing our website, booking platform, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Participation & Assumption of Risk
Yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation, and wellness practices involve inherent risks. By participating in any CYC offering, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being.
You affirm that you: - Are physically and mentally capable of participating - Will modify or rest as needed - Will consult a physician if you have medical concerns
CYC is not responsible for injuries, conditions, or losses sustained during or after participation.
2. Waiver & Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Coastside Yoga Collective, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, teachers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in our offerings.
This release applies to in-studio, outdoor, online, and off-site events, including retreats and workshops.
3. Medical Disclaimer
CYC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All services are educational and experiential in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
4. Memberships, Class Packages & Payments
All sales are final unless otherwise stated
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable
Expiration dates apply unless explicitly noted
Prices and schedules are subject to change
CYC reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Class cancellation policies are outlined at booking
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class credit
Workshops, trainings, and retreats have separate cancellation policies
6. Teacher Training, Workshops & Retreats
Additional agreements, payment schedules, and cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated separately and must be agreed to prior to participation.
7. Code of Conduct
CYC is a respectful, inclusive, and supportive community. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including class sequences, written materials, recordings, logos, and branding, are the property of CYC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
9. Photography & Media
By attending CYC events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or educational purposes unless you notify us in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Updates to Terms
CYC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
