AcuSound ~ Acupuncture & Sound Journey

In this session Christy, M.S., L.Ac., is a California licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist will focus on supporting your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through acupuncture. Weaving your breath to center and soothe, we will then journey through an exquisite soundscape using crystal bowls, chimes, and ocean sounds to transport you into a deep meditative state.
