In this deeply restful experience, fine acupuncture needles are thoughtfully placed to encourage the body’s natural healing response, helping to regulate the nervous system and release held tension. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be guided by an exquisite soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and ocean-inspired tones each vibration inviting you further into a state of ease and spacious awareness. This is a practice of receiving. A moment to soften. A chance to be held by the sound, by the stillness, by the collective energy of community. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply craving a pause, this evening offers a gentle return to yourself.
